Josh was born and raised in Virginia Beach to a construction family. He grew up working for his family’s brick masonry company and then moved on to construction at 18 years old. After graduating from First Colonial High, he continued to broaden his knowledge by becoming a project manager for a builder and oversaw numerous homes from start to finish. Due to the housing crisis, he moved into project management for other construction companies before studying and passing his Class A contractor test in 2013. He ran his own general contracting business for four years before partnering with Adam Bell to form the construction division of CC&C. Josh has over 20 years of construction experience, and is known as “The Answer” because he always knows “the answer” to any of your construction questions. He is currently living in Virginia Beach with his wife, Maegan, and three sons, Gavin, Jax, and Maverick.
